When I come into work every morning the first person that I see is Ms. Allie Q., editor of 18eighteen magazine. We have our morning coffee and chitchat about what we did the night before and all the other gossipy things we women discuss. Well, this morning, Allie Q. had one hell of a tale to tell. You see, she had gone to a party the night before and somehow found herself enmeshed in a wrestling brawl with a random man. She ended up pinning him in a serious leg lock until he gave in. Then she told me that when she examined her leg later on, she saw this scrape on her knee she had somehow obtained in the skirmish. When I asked her if it hurt, her response was, “No! It’s a battle scar. It reminds me of how I subdued that big idiot. I earned this wound!” Sigh. How can you not love a scrappy chick like Allie Q.? Looks like her leg needs a little TLC.
